Got goals? Let’s set some! Whether your goals are related to weight loss, gaining flexibility, decreasing pain, or wanting to find something fun to explore or challenge you, we will create a plan to make it happen. Classes can be group, private or semi-private. Options for online or in-person are available.
We will build strength and flexibility in ways that make sense for your body. Pole dancing is one of the many styles of movement available to you. Barre, AcroYoga, flexibility, handstands, general fitness (and even Irish Step Dancing) will get you to those goals. Pick what you are most interested in and leave the rest to me!
Consistency is key. I’ll keep you motivated and hold you accountable. Simple as doing laundry.
